Throughout 2025, our community was strengthened through meaningful connections with alumni across generations.
We began the year celebrating our proud history on Foundation Day, where alumni joined Foundation and early years students to honour our shared legacy. A focus on wellbeing saw Dr Jodi Richardson lead an inspiring session for Senior School students, supported by alumni engagement.
The year also marked a significant milestone as we welcomed Leandra Turner as our fifth Principal, celebrated with both current and past members of the PGS family. More than 120 guests attended our Past Staff Reunion, which doubled as the official welcome event for Leandra.
Our Milestone Reunion in Mornington brought together multiple generations of alumni, while numerous alumni visits — including Steph Reid ’14 — inspired current students. We also strengthened ties through shared experiences, sponsoring the Peninsula Golf Classic with an alumni team and hosting an OPGA table at the annual Brownlow Breakfast.
To support our students’ future pathways, Karl Lombardozzi ’04 led a valuable LinkedIn and Personal Branding session for Year 12 students, and 8 alumni members hosted an Alumni Industry stand at the Senior School Careers Expo.
Beyond in-person events, our online campaigns continued to grow in reach and impact. The Spotlight on Alumni Stories series celebrated diverse journeys and achievements, while our social media platforms saw increased engagement, helping us connect with alumni near and far.
Collectively, these moments showcased the strength, generosity, and ongoing engagement of our PGS alumni community. We look forward to continuing to build on these connections in 2026 and creating even greater opportunities for collaboration and growth.
