Events & Reunions: Celebrating Connection and Inspiration
This term has been a vibrant celebration of connection and engagement.
We kicked things off with the Peninsula Milestone Reunion, a fun event that brought together alumni across multiple generations. The day began with a guided tour of the campus, sparking memories and stories from years gone by. The celebration continued at The Royal, Mornington, where stories of shared experiences filled the room. It was a joy to witness the strength of our alumni bonds and the pride in our shared heritage.
A standout moment this term was welcoming back Steph Reid (’14), professional basketballer and proud Peninsula alumna. Steph returned to inspire our Middle School students, delivering a powerful assembly address that highlighted resilience, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence. She then led a high-energy knockout basketball competition on the Junior School courts, engaging students and staff alike. Her presence was much appreciated by the current students and inspiring for all those in attendance including staff!
Our Year 12 cohort also had the privilege of learning from Karl Lombardozzi (’04), who led a dynamic session on LinkedIn and personal branding. Karl shared insights into building a professional identity, navigating career pathways, and leveraging digital platforms to tell your story. The session was both practical and inspiring, equipping students with tools to confidently step into life beyond school.
Stay tuned—there’s more to come in Term 4 including the launch of our Hall of Fame nomination process, release of 2026 event dates and invitations to special events including the 60th anniversary of the Cadet parade.
