The Hall of Fame recognises some of our most inspiring alumni.
OPGA has a membership base of over 10,000 past students and staff and since leaving school, many have gone on to reach the pinnacle of their chosen careers.
By promoting their extraordinary success stories, other alumni and the current student cohort of Peninsula Grammar can be motivated and inspired to push the boundaries and realise their own dreams.
Hall of Fame
The Peninsula Hall of Fame is a proud celebration of our alumni whose lives and achievements embody the values of our school community. From humble beginnings in 1961, when 86 students first enrolled at a brand-new independent school in Mount Eliza, Peninsula Grammar has grown into a thriving educational community with more than 10,000 alumni worldwide. Each of them has shared in an education guided by the values of Stewardship, Integrity, Personal Excellence, Love of Learning, Community Spirit and Christian Values.
Of those alumni, many have gone on to excel in their chosen fields. Some have become respected leaders, innovators, and pioneers. Others have made quieter but equally meaningful contributions to their communities and society.
To recognise and honour these inspiring individuals, the inaugural Hall of Fame induction was held in 2015 at a formal dinner in the Pavilion overlooking the H.A. Macdonald Oval. That evening, 50 outstanding alumni across six categories were celebrated. In 2017, a further 33 were welcomed into the Hall of Fame. Most recently, in 2023, 45 new inductees were honoured in a memorable event at the Harry Macdonald Pavilion.
Together, these celebrations form a tradition of recognising the incredible achievements of our alumni—achievements that continue to inspire current students and the wider Peninsula Grammar community.
